If at any time you perceive that a delivered service does not meet what was promised, or if we proactively decide to offer you an improvement, our Service Guarantee is here to give you peace of mind and confidence.
What does our Service Guarantee include?
Complete coverage of cybersecurity services, consulting, technical support and more (excludes subscriptions, licenses and third-party hardware).
Remedy options such as proportional price reduction, re-performance of services at no additional cost or refund of the amount paid, as applicable.
Warranty period from signature of acceptance until 30 days after delivery of the service.
How to enforce it? You can request the “Complaint Management and Warranty Enforcement Procedure” by writing to our Customer Success team at customer@base4sec.com.
Important considerations: Warranty does not apply to subscriptions, licenses or hardware from outside manufacturers.
