Security

We sell, implement, and support the leading network security technologies — and assess your organization's real maturity across people, processes, and technology to chart a path forward. No technology lock-in, with certified expertise.

Network Security Services

Two pillars, one security

We provide the technical backbone for the security technology ecosystem — our own and that of BASE4's other units — through two complementary approaches: implementation and support on one side, maturity assessment on the other.

Sales, Support & Implementation

We sell, implement, and support the leading network security technologies, with two support models depending on what you need.

Reactive Support

Resolution of failures or incidents on technology you already have implemented — Fortinet, Palo Alto, Netskope, Illumio, CrowdStrike, among other brands.

Proactive Support

Hour packages for ongoing accompaniment: integration, configuration improvements, and optimization of your security technologies.

  • End-to-end implementation following vendor best practices
  • Multi-vendor portfolio, no technology lock-in

360° Assessment

We measure your network security's real maturity — people, processes, and technology — and chart a concrete path to improve it.

  • Maturity assessment across people, processes, and technology
  • Exposed digital surface analysis (ASC / XTI)
  • Improvement roadmap aligned to ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, ITIL
  • Investment prioritization by real impact and risk

    Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Network Security

What's the difference between reactive and proactive support?

Reactive support resolves specific failures or incidents on technology you already have implemented — it's a response service for when problems arise. Proactive support works through contracted hour packages (for example, 40, 60, or 100 hours) that you use for ongoing accompaniment: integrating new features, improving configurations, and optimizing your platforms before they become a problem. They're not mutually exclusive — many clients combine both.

What brands do you work with?

We're multi-vendor by design. Among the brands we support and implement are Fortinet, Palo Alto, Netskope, Illumio, and CrowdStrike, among others. Technology recommendations always start from an analysis of the client's specific needs, never from a BASE4 commercial preference.

What is the 360° Assessment, and what deliverable do I get?

It's a comprehensive assessment of your network security maturity across three dimensions — people, processes, and technology — plus an analysis of your exposed digital surface (ASC / XTI). The deliverable includes a current maturity diagnosis and a concrete improvement roadmap, prioritized by real impact and risk, aligned to frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and ITIL.

Do I need to get the 360° Assessment before implementing a technology?

It's not a requirement. You can directly contract the sale, implementation, or support of a specific technology without going through the Assessment first. That said, if you're not clear on where your real gaps are, the 360° Assessment helps you invest with better judgment, avoiding spend on technology that doesn't address your most urgent risk.

How does Network Security relate to the AppSec, Cloud, and Identity pages?

Network Security is the team that technically sustains the sale, implementation, and support of the third-party technologies used by those units — that's why you'll see the reference to Network Security in their Partners sections. The difference is one of focus: those pages center on the security service itself (assessments, pentesting, governance); Network Security centers on the infrastructure and tools that make it possible.
